testludy When I decided to accept a new job in another city, my future as a homeowner was going to be highly dependent on if and how much I could sell my Kenosha home for in a depressed market.  The market for higher end homes seemed to be especially slow.  It was critical for me to select the right realtor: one that would help me set a realistic price, make recommendations on presentation, and most importantly, do everything possible to get my home in front of potential buyers.
I called Felicia Werk because she had recently sold a nearby property.  During my interview I was amazed by how many properties she had sold YTD in 2011.  I was also impressed by her enthusiastic attitude.  Frankly, I doubted that my home would be sold before spring because it was put on the market in late September.   I was very pleased to get a reasonable offer within 3 weeks of listing.  It sold much quicker than I expected and for more than I expected.  It’s impossible to say how much choosing Felicia to market my home had to do with the quick sale, but I believe the home staging that she coordinated, the positive write up, and the great pictures, certainly helped.
In general, I think the most important attributes of someone in sales, other than being an expert in their field, are making me feel like I am their most important customer and getting back to me on a timely basis when I have a question or concern.  Felicia did a great job with both.  Obviously she is dealing with many clients at the same time, but she continually made me feel like the sale of my home was the most important task for her, and she always got back to me on a timely basis via text messages, phone calls and emails.
In summary, I would highly recommend Felicia Werk to market your home.
